Void Clear Light

Up to now, I like to think that I have been a very reliable guide - aside from the few mysteries I have pointed out, we have been able to navigate the game quickly and confidently. Of course, nothing replaces running the actual game - I have elided some activity that exquisitely belongs to the game alone.

Unfortunately sure, slick, supple guidance stops now - the last of the four locks is infuriatingly stubborn. I can help (a lot), but this last stretch could benefit from help and insight. I throw myself to the mercy of the court. PLEASE HELP!!!

Selecting the fourth cloud jukebox vent gets you to this ornate setup. Clicking our guide phi puts up this written clue. The odd word "syzygy" may play a big part in guiding us to the actual way to get through this to the other side ... maybe? We will see.

Clicking phi again takes down the written clue, and brings up the tongue of void clear light. Clicking the light trail brings up this ... window? - momentarily, then returns us to the cloud jukebox. You can't always click the light - if you click the flame symbol or phi again, widgets come down that block your access.

Maybe if it was in color, that would help? Maybe not ...
